When Dark Side of the Moon came out, it came with a sticker which I fixed to the side of a chest of drawers right next to my bed. Thus it was the first thing I saw upon waking up for years. To view it, go here, click on 'visual evolution', then click on the 4th thumbnail image down in the 1973 column. It's the 'Day' sticker.

While I was doing my undergraduate philosophy studies at the University of London, I used to hang out with a fellow student, Katie O'Rourke, the daughter of Pink Floyd's manager, Steve O'Rourke.

We did beer and cigarettes together, but no illegal substances. At least none that I can now recall.

    Hi Stunney,

To view it, go here, click on 'visual evolution', then click on the 4th thumbnail image down in the 1973 column. It's the 'Day' sticker.

Whoa! Thanks for the memory. I forgot all about the sticker! I never stuck it to anything, so I think I lost it.

Staying on a pop musical theme, the big question on most people's minds right now is whether this is really a single continuous camera shot. Pay close attention to the whole thing.

It's very well done either way. One might say, intelligently designed.
