Below the copy window are the options. Expand 'comments' and you can (supposedly) turn 'em off. Of course, I tried that and got a system error, so who knows? All I can find is a place where we can allow or disallow comments on the page where we write our new threads. Oh, I told you that deletion would be fine, Bilbo. And it is. I found the close comments (way down the page) and marked that, but when I 'saved' I got an 'internal error' message. When I click on edit for any comment, my browser just changes color and I get a frozen message box with no message and have to restart. Glad you've more access to the system than me. Oh... and I was on a whole different computer, with a different OS version and using cellular broadband connection. So it's not my ancient 'pooter's problem. It's me being locked out. LOL!!!
