In case you haven't been paying any attention to the blogosphere, let me be the first to tell you that Judge Jones has released his opinion (PDF), ruling that not only was the Dover policy unconstitutional, but intelligent design is inherently non-scientific (as in "can never be, no matter what evidence is uncovered in the future"). Of course, here at Telic Thoughts we've never been interested in getting a legal stamp of acceptance on intelligent design, and the ruling won't have much of an effect on the daily going-ons. Let me just remind readers of the prognoses we wrote before the ruling. It will be interesting to see how things play out in the future.
