    If you want a product that is a masterpiece of engineering, put a single engineer in charge of the design.

    If you want a product that is an abysmal failure, put a single engineer in charge of the design.

    If you want a product that is a hodgepodge of both good and bad, put a committee of engineers in charge of the design.
