Breathe slowly and relax

Looks to me like that ever so cute kitten is just beginning to contemplate a cat-like act…

ROFL.
The sad thing is they actually believe the drivel they spout.

Hi Jean,
You wrote…
Why is it "sad"
The sin of pride?
Which is more sad, believing drivel or having faith in drivel?
P.S. So much for MikeGene trying to get people to "Breathe slowly and relax".
Who wants to talk about the subtleties of Kinases or quantum mechanics when there is a religious war to be fought?
The majority rules, not science.

TP,
Please be so kind as to provide us with your research on the concept of faith in Christianity. Please also state why it is drivel. (i may have misinterpreted your comment, if so, i apologize.)
Would you rather have science in charge? personally, i dont want the majority in charge, nor science.
and in concerns with the sad and pride issue….does dawkins provide us with any thing to back the statement that athiests have been at the forefront of rationality and beacons of enlightenment? no, he provides us with a nice piece of propaganda. very sad indeed that he is the posterboy for scientific reason. i also wonder why dawkins, when asked directly about his views toward anti-enlightenment philosophy, has never answered or provided arguements to counter theirs (to my knowledge, and i done looked pretty good). talk about forgeting about critical thinking.
Tp, remember, some of us arent interested in natural science as much as we are of say sociology, critical theory, etc.

dante:
Yeah, the marketing and profit motive shlock is fairly overwhelming, as well as the borrowings from homosexual reality that is an actual real case of civil rights and demanding they be honored. Nobody feels sorry for Richard Dawkins for being the 'World's Greatest Living Scientist' or the Professor for Public Understanding of Science at Oxford.
Yet… yet… that so-cuddly kitten contemplates a cat-like act…
